Kim Kardashian West, the socialite/model/business owner/reality TV star who is now worth an estimated $370M dollars, exploded into pop culture in 2007 and has dominated headlines ever since. Describing what she does can be difficult – from her Wikipedia page:

Kimberly Noel Kardashian West Kardashian (born October 21, 1980) is an American media personality, businesswoman, socialite, model and actress. West first gained media attention as a friend and stylist of Paris Hilton but received wider notice after releasing a 2002 sex tape, Kim Kardashian, Superstar, with her then-boyfriend Ray J in 2007. Later that year, she and her family began to appear in the E! reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Its success soon led to the creation of spin-offs including Kourtney and Kim Take New York and Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.

In recent years, West has developed an online and social media presence, including hundreds of millions of followers on Twitter and Instagram. She has released a variety of products tied to her name, including the 2014 mobile game Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, a variety of clothing and products, the 2015 photo book Selfish and her eponymous personal app. Her relationship with rapper Kanye West has also received significant media coverage; the couple married in 2014, and they have four children together.

While taking over pop culture, Kim has registered several trademarks. Let’s take a look at the marks that are currently registered in her name.

Name Trademarks

Unsurprisingly, Kim’s trademarked her name, as well as the names of all her children.

  • Kim Kardashian West
  • Kim Kardashian
  • Psalm West
  • Chicago West
  • Saint West
  • North West

Fragrance and Beauty Marks

The big area where Kim’s registered a lot of marks is the fragrance and beauty category. Since the end of 2016, her products have been available online at kkwbeauty.com and kkwfragrance.com. (This is only speculation, but it seems like the fragrance and beauty lines are built to sell, perhaps independently – this would be one explanation for very similar products being split out to two stores instead of sold from one store/brand.)

  • KKW
  • KKW Fragrance
  • KKW Beauty
  • Kardashian Kollection
  • Kardashian Beauty
  • True Reflection
  • Love by Kim Kardashian
  • K24 Prime
  • Deeply Felt

Retail Marks

The now closed DASH boutique was the Kardashian entrance to retail, opening in 2006 and closing in 2017. The Kardashian Kids line was launched with the ill-fated Babies R Us in 2014, and lasted until the chain closed its doors in 2018.

  • Dash
  • Kardashian Kids
  • Kids Supply

Other Marks

  • Dash Dolls – A one season TV show about the workers at the DASH boutique.
  • Kimoji – Kim Kardashian emojis. Yes, these are a real thing.
